Do you offer delivery & setup of your playsets?
Yes, we offer delivery and setup within an approximate 75-mile radius of our facility. There is a small delivery/setup fee depending on how far we have to travel. The fee is usually less than $100.
Are these playsets designed for older kids?
Yes, the playsets are very heavy-duty and safe for older kids to play on, as well as younger kids.
Do you level the ground around the playset?
No, we do not do groundwork. The area for the playset does not have to be perfectly level, but if the area is very unlevel, you will need to have it leveled before installation.
Can we make custom modifications to the playset?
Yes, if you don’t see a picture of a playset that includes all of the features you want, you can choose different accessories from our add-ons page. By using add-ons, you can design the playset exactly the way you want it!
Does the wood need to be treated with anything?
We recommend applying a good wood sealer between 6-12 months. We use treated pine that is for outdoor use, but a good wood sealer/stain will keep it looking nice.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer financing through Lendmark with 3 months same as cash. A credit application is required, which you can fill out at our facility, or we can mail the application to you.
Is full payment required to place an order?
No, only a deposit is required when placing an order. The amount of the deposit is between $200- $500, depending on the size of the playset. The balance is due on delivery.
How long will it take to receive our playset and have it installed after we order?
The timing depends heavily on the season. Spring & summer are our busiest seasons. During that time, it can take up to a month to complete and install your playset. In the fall and winter, playsets are normally ready in 2 weeks or less.
Do you build the playset in our yard?
No, we build the playsets at our facility to reduce costs. Playsets are delivered to your property using a trailer. We will need to access your yard with our pickup truck and trailer to unload the playset.
Are these playsets sturdy enough for a church & daycare setting where several kids will be playing on them at once?
Yes, we have installed several of these playsets at churches and daycare centers with very positive feedback.
Do you have more photos we can look at?
Yes, we have 100’s more on our Facebook page, however the photos do not include the pricing. If you see a playset that you are interested in, just send us a private message and we are happy to give you the price.
